A few years ago, audiophile/home automation heavyweights Andrew Gillis (Small Green Computer Founder/CEO) and Elias Kabous (S1Digital Founder/CEO) recognized an opportunity to fill an unmet need in the high-end audio marketplace. Enter Whirl Audio LLC, established in 2019. Our mission is to offer top-quality digital audio products in support of the Roon Ecosystem. To that end, we have developed our first product called The Whirlwind Audio Server, a true one-box hardware solution.
